What parking is available?

Our spacious car park provides off-street parking.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 2pm, with check-out being 10am. Please advise Reception if you require an early/late check-in/check-out.

Do you have an Accessible/Disabled Room?

We have a room which is “Ambulant”, meaning that it has the appropriate shower and handles but it is not certified as an official Accessible Room.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Guests may cancel free-of-charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations received within the 24-hour period to check-in will incur the first night’s fee charged.

When are payments taken?

For any online bookings payment is taken on the day of check-in, prior to check-in, from the card provided when booking unless prior arrangements have been made.

Is there a Credit Card Surcharge?

There is a 3% Surcharge on AMEX only.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, we have a licenced restaurant on-site open for Breakfast from 7am and dinner from 5.30pm.

Are you “Pet Friendly”?

No, pets are not allowed in the rooms, however, Service Dogs are welcome.

Can guests smoke on the property?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and the Bar/Bistro. Guests wishing to smoke are advised to do so outside their rooms and dispose in bins provided.

Do you have Free WiFi?

As NBN has not been rolled in our area, we are unfortunately unable to provide free WiFi at this time. This will be re-assessed as soon the NBN is rolled out. WiFi can be purchased upon request.
